Die Cut and Embossed Valentine Card

Here's a clean and simple Valentine's card which you can make in just five minutes!

So all I used was an A6 card blank, some red and white card, an embossing folder, a die cutter and some adhesive. When you use the Love die cutter you get a small heart cut out of the bigger heart that is in place of the letter 'O', I glued this over one of the embossed hearts on the background.

If you don't like it so plain you could add some embellishments or die cut the word 'love' from mirror card or glitter card or patterned card. I also toyed with adding some glitter glue or glossy accents but my goal was a quick and simple card so I left it alone.

Winter Trees Stamped Hand Made Birthday Card

Hi Everyone

Today I want to show you this great stamp from Woodware, although the sentiment that the set contains is a Christmas greeting, the trees are all separate so can be used for other occasions such as this lovely winter birthday card.

Winter Trees Hand Stamped Birthday Card

All the stamping is done using the same brown ink, the wooden plank stamp is one of our fab Cover a   Card stamps which made it very easy to create the background by stamping onto light blue card.  I used an ink blending tool across the top portion of the white card to create the blue sky color and stamped the trees and the edges of the ground over it. The greeting is a Small Text Peel Off in gold which I colored with a brown Pro Marker to match the rest of the card.

I'm happy with the way it turned out, hope you like it too.
