Sunflower Birthday Card

I took the photo of the sunflower a few years ago in France and have often thought it would make a nice centre piece for a card, so I am glad I finally got around to using it.

I printed the photo and cut it into four sections then mounted it on white card with the sections slightly spread out to create a grid appearance. The photo was mounted first on yellow card, then onto a green die cut square, which is threaded with green and white bakers twine.
I covered a white square card blank with yellow card and the yellow daisy paper and cut a strip on green card to cover the join. I used a gold peel off for the Happy Birthday greeting.
